RESIDENTS DOCUMENTATION
If you are a Spanish resident and live in Spain on a permanent basis, the following documentation will be required.
If you are employed:
> DNI or NIE
> Work contract
> Last 3 payslips
> Employment history
> Last tax declaration
> Nota simple
If you are self-employed
> DNI or NIE
> Trimester tax declaration for a full year
> Trimester IVA declaration for a full year
> Annual tax declaration
> 1 year bank statements
> A minimum of 2 years self-employment record
> Nota simple
